Hold the Applause

Ted Allen is a songwriter. He began his musical journey with the Beatles, Billy Joel, Elvis Costello, Kenny Rogers, and the Eagles. He wrote his first song at seventeen, starting with pop and later branching out into country and rock. He now counts among his influences Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, and Toby Keith. Having played keyboards, guitar, and singing with a number of bands in and around NYC, Ted’s primary focus remains on songwriting. He has performed his songs in such venues as CBGBs, The C-Note, & The Apocalypse Lounge in New York City, and O’Donahue’s & Liberty Café in New Jersey.

Ted Allen is raising funds to produce Hold the Applause, his newest album.
